Dr. Gary Davison is founder and CEO of Greater Development llc (www.greaterdevelopmentllc.com (http://www.greaterdevelopmentllc.com)),an Atlanta-based leadership development organization designed to develop and hone the skill sets of leaders. His work grew out of 33 years as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal (at both elementary and high school), and leader of many organizations to include the world-renowned Lambert High School. His methods are able to be replicated with you and your teams. He will teach you to be a better leader, build leaders within your organization. Become a leader of influence. His leadership development work grew out of a desire to establish the most effective and successful learning organizations possible. The results of his leadership has been to grow 24 leaders into executive level leadership positions. Gary and his wife, Jinger, have one daughter, Gracie. They live outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
